A unique, attractive destination-grade district with one-of-a-kind shops, eateries, and entertainment options. Would be amazing to have an outdoor dog park that also provides food trucks for people to stay and hang out with their pups.

i took a survey and it outlines a huge plan but basically states to lean on your history and make it a place where residents and non residents want to come spend their time and make memories.
